Thu & Fri, August 14th and 15th | 11am US Mountain Time | 7pm Central European Time

PRESSURE RESET: A free 90-minute live training for high performers who are tired of being their own harshest critic.

This is the first training I'm building WITH the people in the room.

That means a part of the session is shaped by the questions, the patterns, and the situations you bring. Your input doesn't just get answered but it becomes part of what gets taught.

Small room. Zero fluff. Maximum value.
The opposite of the AI slop you're used to.

Join The Waiting List Today!

And be the first one to hear when the registration opens for this brand new training happening on August 14th and 15th!

You didn't get here by being soft on yourself.

You got here because the standards are high including yours, your coach's, your boss's, your team's. You care about doing well. You want to see how good you can actually get. And you've probably already proven you have the talent.

But here's what no one tells you about being the person who cares this much:

The harder you are on yourself after a bad performance, the worse the next one goes.

The more you replay the mistake, the heavier the next moment feels.

The more you try to "not care" about other people's opinions, the more they seem to follow you onto the field, into the meeting, onto the stage.

And slowly, "I have high standards" started to feel like "I am just not (good) enough." You didn't sign up for that.

But it's the cost of being the person who cares this much unless you learn a different way to carry it. And that's why we are here.

To learn a new, better way that allows you to be more content, freer and more joyful even on days when things don't go perfect.

What You'll Walk Away With:

→ Clarity and understanding the phenomenon for why being hard on yourself is actually the easier path and what the harder (and more effective) path looks like

→ The one body switch that lets you stay composed when you're being evaluated, criticized, or watched

→ A simple, super effective protocol to stop replaying the mistake so it doesn't bleed into your next performance, your next meeting, your next week

→ A way to care about what other people think without letting it run your game, mood or confidence

→ A personal check on the expectations you've been putting on yourself (and which ones are actually yours vs. ones you picked up along the way)

This Is For You If:

  • You have high standards, for yourself, and maybe for the people around you.
  • You want to do well. You want to be good at the thing.
  • You want to see how far you can actually go.
  • But you're also tired of feeling pretty bad about yourself after the performances that aren't perfect.
  • You're tired of carrying the weight of other people's opinions.
  • You're tired of replaying the mistakes and shortcomings for days.
  • You're tired of trying to "just not care" when caring is part of what makes you good at this.

This is NOT for you

  • You're looking for motivational words instead of honest advice
  • You are rooting for the hustle culture over listening to yourself
  • Or if you are after "just believe in yourself" advice - I never got much from those so my trainings will put you to work mentally and emotionally ...
  • You are not willing to explore your patterns, thoughts, and behaviors

Real People Just Like You

How It Works:

This is a live, 90-minute group training. The room is small on purpose because in this AI filled era, I want to highlight the humanness and community. We will co-build the training with the first 30 people who sign up. I will listen to you and what you would need or want this training to be about and create accordingly. I CAN'TWAIT!!!

The Investment:FREE

That's not a typo. I'm building this training with the people who show up, which means your input shapes what gets taught. In exchange, you show up live and you tell me what you actually need.

This is the opposite of the AI slop or Instagram short cut quotes you're used to.

ABOUT ME

A note from Saana

I'm a former pro athlete turned mental performance coach. Over the last 6 years, I've worked with Olympians, pro players, executives, and busy professionals across different disciplines who had the skill but carried the weight of caring this much.

This training is the first time I'm opening this work to a small group for free. I'm doing it because I want to build the next chapter of my work with the people it's actually for.

The ones that need and want the change.
