You prepare, work hard and care about what you do. You have already built real skill.
But sometimes the moment gets bigger than expected and when all eyes are on you, it all just feels like too much and your level drops.
You know you can perform. Yet your thinking speeds up, your attention falters, and the ability you have normally have becomes harder to reach.
It's annoying, frustrating and disappointing.
This does not necessarily mean you are as inconsistent, stuck, broken, or plateaued as you might think.
It may mean pressure is blocking access to a skill you already have.
