FREE RESOURCE Reveals: 'The reasons you are worrying TOO much about other people's opinions and how to fix it"
Let's finally dive into the worry of other people's opinions and solve it through simple 5 step process!
After investigating my past pro career in volleyball, I had come to realize that so much of my life, one of my biggest fears was that the coaches' thought that they had made a wrong choice when they chose to hire me. That was the heaviest thought for me after I had under performed or I couldn't perform up to the expectations that either me or the coaches had established.
I worked really hard physically but hard still hard time mentally believing in my potential if other people didn't show their belief in me. And sometimes, even if they did, I felt like they jsut said it to be nice so I couldn't accept it.. Can you recognize yourself from this too..?
Much later, when I was already working as a mental performance coach and I was coaching other high performing athletes with goals and dreams that were committed to their sport, they already worked hard but they were also really hard on themselves..
This wasn't just my problem. It is like a cancer spreading around in sports. Everyone knows you shouldn't care too much about other people's opinions but it is extremely hard not to when you want to belong (which is one of the core needs as a human) and the opinions of coaches etc. are deciding the fate of so many athletes - are you gonna get the spot in the national team, in the starting quad, make it to the quad at all, what kind of sponsorships or contracts are you getting and so on.
So the huge question I have exhausted myself with is "How can I stress less about people's opinions when their opinion actually matters either for our human needs or for our career?" This resource has the answers broken down to 3 reasons, 6 solutions and 5 steps you can take to solve it for yourself. Can't wait for you to get your hands on the resource!!
When someone's opinions are stressing you out, it is important to learn to take better control of the reaction through developing self-awareness like we did with this athlete.
With this athlete we were able to release the pressure and role of other people's opinions through connecting at a deeper desire within the athlete, like joy.
Sometimes all we need is a tool to be able to better manage the situations where we might get criticized or if the previous negative comments from others pop up again.
Have you been looking for actual, concrete ways to shed the weight of other people's opinions? Maybe you have recognized that you would be more confident, happy and free if you could stress less about what your coach, the audience, your teammates, parents, friends, bosses etc. are thinking of you.
Then I am thrilled to introduce you to this brand new resource and process how you can identify what is the reason behind your worry (there are 3 reasons) and what you can do to fix it! When you find out the reason, you also know what to do and can get to work when your next level is so much closer with more confidence, joy and freedom!!! 🤩
