After my career as a professional volleyball athlete ended due to injury, I found myself rebuilding my life in a new country, carrying a lot internally while continuing to operate at a high level externally. I was so used to pushing through, staying independent, and relying on discipline but I hadn’t learned how to truly respect and reconnect with my body and create calm from within.

At a personal development event for growing business owners in Nashville, I experienced breathwork for the first time. The clarity, calm, and connection it created were unlike anything I had experienced before. Truly.

What if I bought a ticket and can't make it? 

Cancellation & Transfer Policy: 
Because this is a small, in-person experience with only 9 spots, each reservation is significant.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, or request:

• Full refund 72+ hours before the event
• Partial refund 48–72 hours before
• No refunds within 48 hours of the event

This allows the space to remain intentional and fair for everyone involved.

“What if I’ve never done breathwork before?”

Perfect. No experience is needed. You will be guided the entire time. Don't let it stop you from trying something new that can be an absolute gamechanger for you - be curious and come see how it feels to you:)

“What if I’m bad at meditation?”

This is different. Breathwork works directly with your nervous system through your vagus nerve activation. There is nothing to “be good at.” There is also music that you can focus on. Many people with very active minds find breathwork also much easier than meditation.

“Will I lose control? I've seen some weird videos on Instagram about breathwork...”

No. You remain fully aware and in control the entire time. You follow your own breath at your own pace, and nothing is forced. Each experience is individual, and you are always in charge. Social media often shows extreme moments, but most people experience this as calming and grounding.

“What if nothing happens? I am skeptical.”

Even participants who are skeptical typically leave feeling noticeably calmer, clearer, and lighter. It might not be a life altering experience and yet, it will still help your body.
